Moorings Residence

Naples, Florida · Contemporary coastal design

Pool from the end at dusk with the lit lanai, outdoor kitchen and palms along the right.

A dramatic vaulted ceiling with exposed wood trusses defines this Naples home, bringing warmth, character and visual depth to the living spaces. The open floor plan connects kitchen, dining and great room beneath one continuous roofline.

Outside, crisp white finishes, a standing-seam metal roof, dark-framed windows and natural wood accents surround a central entry with decorative timber detailing. Large sliding glass doors open the main living areas to a covered outdoor space with a wood-finished ceiling, a fully equipped summer kitchen and a linear fire feature along the pool.

Generous ceiling heights, natural light and carefully considered spatial relationships make the home feel open, inviting and refined: contemporary simplicity with the warmth of coastal-inspired living.
