My journey in the design and construction industry began in the field. Working hands-on in construction and remodeling gave me a practical understanding of how buildings come together, the real-world challenges of bringing a project to life, and the critical importance of getting the details right from day one.

Over time, my focus shifted toward the design process itself. I was drawn to the art of transforming ideas into thoughtfully planned spaces, blending creativity and functionality with my foundational construction knowledge. I saw an opportunity to bring a unique perspective to the industry, one that balances exceptional design with the practical realities of building.

This vision led me to establish RAO Designs in 2013.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to building a firm known for creativity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality. My approach goes beyond drafting plans; I view every project as a chance to create something truly distinctive. Whether it's optimizing a layout for better flow, designing striking exterior details, or refining the subtle elements that elevate a space, I believe great design must be intentional. Every line, proportion, and material should serve a cohesive vision and translate seamlessly into well-executed construction.
