The Estates Contemporary is a custom residence in Golden Gate Estates, Naples. The exterior is cream stucco under a dark tile roof, with black-framed windows, shutters and a tall, elevated entry that sets the character of the home from the street.

Inside, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams open the great room to the kitchen. The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island. A linear fireplace between stone-clad niches anchors the main living area, and the primary suite has a raised ceiling with exposed beams.

Large sliding doors connect the great room to a covered lanai with a built-in summer kitchen. The pool has a sun shelf and a raised spa finished in blue tile, set in a landscaped yard that gives the home its privacy.
